Faith Community Church is a welcoming community of people who believe the gospel of Jesus Christ and worship the Triune God of the Bible. At Faith Community, we strive to be true to the Scriptures and the Reformed faith, and obedient ot the Great Commission that Jesus gave to His Church.

What We Believe
Faith Community Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America, which stands in the historic Presbyterian and Reformed tradition. We believe and confess all the articles of the historic, orthodox Christian faith, as laid down in the Apostles' and Nicene Creeds, and the Definition of Chalcedon. Our doctrinal standards are the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms.

Our Mission
Our mission at Faith Community Church is to glorify God by loving Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and loving our neighbors as ourselves, as Christ taught us. We will do this by offering to God through Jesus Christ our sincere worship and thanks, both in our formal gatherings together and also throughout our whole lives. Furthermore, we seek to play a part in the global mission of the church by making disciples for Jesus, beginning here in La Porte, and ultimately to the ends of the earth.

Our Mother Church
Faith Community is the daughter church of Michiana Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Granger, IN.

Our Pastor
Rev. Jonathan Bonomo, his wife Yvonne, and their daughter Monica are all natives of Philadelphia, PA. They came to Faith Community in September, 2011, when Jon received a call to serve as the pastor. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Westminster Theological Seminary.
