Our Worship
The Word of God in Scripture is central to everything we do, and this especially includes our services of worship. We believe that in worship, the Triune God speaks to us in his Word, gives us his grace through Jesus Christ, and we respond in thanks and praise.
All of our worship services include several elements: a call to worship from Scripture, confession of sin, Scripture of assurance, singing hymns, prayers, readings from both the Old and New Testaments, and a sermon from the word of God.
We strive for our worship of God to be honoring to him, with a balance of joy and reverence. Most importantly, we hold the Lord Jesus Christ to be, as in all of life, preeminent and central in our worship.
We have a high esteem for the sacrament of communion, and we currently celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first and third Sundays of each month.
